Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days whenever possible. Some products may need to be manufactured/assembled and/or ordered into stock to complete your order. If any delays are expected that may increase the dispatch time of your order we will contact you to advise.

Orders under 20kgs or 0.25 metric cube are primarily shipped using Post Haste Couriers with an expected delivery of 1-2 business days depending on delivery address location. Larger/Heavier items or orders over 25kgs are shipped with PBT Transport with an expected delivery time of  2-5 business days. Allow extra time for rural addresses.

We are not liable for any costs associated with returned/late deliveries or lost/damaged goods. Please contact us if this is the case as we may be able to assist lodging a claim with the relevant freight company.

If you have a preferred shipping company and would like to arrange collection of your order please contact us and we can arrange collection time/details. Responsibility to supply any documentation and collection details required by your transport/courier company regarding collection remains with the customer. We do not accept any responsibility for incorrect detail/costs associated with collections arranged by the customer.
